رسم خرائط الأعمال
سوف نفهم طريقة عمل مؤسستك , سيقوم مستشارونا بزيارات ميدانية إلى مواقعك المختلفة ويلتقون مع المستخدمين الرئيسيين لفهم متطلبات عملك وعمليات عملك. في هذه المرحلة سنقوم بفهم طريقة عمل المنشأة الخاصة بكم. حيث سيقوم مستشارينا بإجراء زيارات ميدانية لمواقع الأقسام الخاصة بمنشأتكم والعمل على فهم ودراسة متطلبات وإجراءات العمل في منشأتكم من خلال التواصل مع المستخدمين المتواجدين في كل قسم، وهذا سيساعدنا على فهم بيئة الأعمال بشكل أفضل و وضع خارطة طريق لكيفية يمكننا مساعدتك لتحسين عمل منشأتكم وفقا لأفضل الممارسات ومن خلال استخدام نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات الخاص بنا . ونتيجة هذه المرحلة هو وثيقة تصف الوضع الحالي. وهذا ما يسمى وثيقة "وثيقة الخرائط". ومن خلال اتخاذ موافقتك على هذه الوثيقة. وهذه المرحلة تنتهي وستأتي المرحلة الجديدة التالية.
تحديد إجراءات العمل
أثناء التخصيص والإنشاء, يتم تعيين تصميم إجراءات العمل حيث يتم تكييفها مع جميع القرارات وتنفيذ جميع العمليات التي تم تطويرها والتحقق منها خلال التصميم والبناء لتحديد إجراءات سير العمل على النظام لحين إكتمال بنية النظام. وسوف نستخدم نماذج البيانات الخاصة بك والتي سوف توفر لنا وفقا لقوالب جاهزة لاستكمال هذه المرحلة. وهذه المرحلة قد تكون فقط داخل مكاتبنا، وقد لا ترى نتيجة هذه المرحلة فقط في المرحلة التالية.
تحليل الفجوات
في هذه المرحلة. سوف يقوم مستشارينا بإنشاء وثيقة تحوي على فروقات وفجوات التحليل. حيث تصف هذه الوثيقة الفجوات بين الوضع القائم ونظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات الجديد الخاص بك, وبعد الموافقة على هذه الوثيقة سننتقل إلى المرحلة التالية. وبناء على النتائج الصادرة من مرحلة فروقات وفجوات التحليل قد يحتاج الطرفان الى إجراء تخصيصات إما على مستوى المنتج Natej ERP أو على مستوى إجراءات العمل لدى منشأتكم بما يتناسب مع المتطلبات والطرق المثلى لإجراء العمل وسيكون مدير المشروع لدى Natejsoft ومديرالمشروع لدى منشأتكم هم الأشخاص الوحيدون الذين يحق لهما الإتفاق على التخصيصات المراد القيام بها وتسجيلها. حيث ستقوم Natejsoft بإنشاء مستند يحتوي على نماذج مع تفاصيل الأعمال الكاملة
